Great time to sell your home…if you’re in Arlington, Va

I’ve said this already but it bears repeating. Don’t take my word for it click the link above and see what the Wall Street Journal has to say about the seller’s market we’re in. If you are even thinking a little of selling your home now, it’s a better time then it’s been for many years. Inventory is low, low, low and there are more buyers then sellers right now. Do not think that you’ll get more for your house in the spring. The housing market here has been in uncharted waters for several years and the traditional rules no longer apply. Yes, there may be a few more buyers out there but there will also be many people who don’t know that the rules of the game have changed and will wait to put their house up for sale when everybody else is.
