Statistics are in for December sales in Arlington. Median Price is up, # of sales are up, total volume is up. Because of the low inventory we are continuing to see shorter days on market and multiple bids in some cases. If you waited to buy and now think that you’ll wait for the next downturn, you may be waiting for some time. Yes, real estate prices are always cyclical and a downturn will come but I believe that is some time away. Unemployment is low and interest rates are low but threatening to continue to rise.
