Potential home buyers in Arlington, Va are singin’ the blues. Who would of thought we would be seeing escalation clauses and multiple offers in the middle of the winter sales cycle but we are. Wondering why? Wonder no more. It’s all about inventory. The number of homes on the market is dismally low compared to this time last year.

Active listings in January were down 40% from a year ago. Ouch.
