Here are the home sales in Arlington, Va in YTD that were listed over $2M and sold. One buyer drove a hard bargain and managed to close just under $2M at $1.9+. The highest close price of $3.7M was for a Cathedral View Townhouse overlooking the Washington Golf Course. As well as being very luxurious that home has multiple “age in place” features such as an elevator, roll in shower and more. The communities of Lyon Village and Country Club Hills feature several of the higher priced detached homes while the Turnberry Tower and the Waterview are the Hi-Rise condos that fetch the highest prices. This service will:

  • Help reduce runoff into the Chesapeake Bay.
  • Increase efficiency in cleanup efforts.
  • Provide you with a better understanding of when street sweeping will occur in your neighborhood.

Street Sweeping Schedule for October 12 – 16

Street sweeping will occur in the following neighborhoods next week from approximately 7:30 a.m.- 3 p.m. Be sure to move your car to a driveway, garage, or non-sweeping street on your civic association’s scheduled street sweeping day.*  This will help us provide more effective sweeping.
