Big congratulations to new real estate buyers Jodi and Fred Comunale. Jodi and Fred were referred to me by a former co-worker from my technology days. Jodi is the daughter of my co-worker. Jodi and Fred were renting a townhome in Arlington. When their beautiful baby Lia came into their lives, they knew they needed a home with a yard.
